How do I turn a vocabulary list into a flashcard CSV?
Paste one word and meaning per row, separated by a comma or tab. You can also include pronunciation as a third column between the word and meaning. Choose Format vocabulary, inspect the preview, and copy or download the resulting CSV. Use Study these words to import it into Fulin Flashcard.
Which columns does the formatter accept?
Two columns mean word and meaning; three unnamed columns mean word, pronunciation, and meaning. Named headers such as word, pronunciation, and meaning may appear in any order. Optional example sentences, example pronunciation, example translation, image URLs, and structured example parts are retained in Fulin Flashcard's eight-column CSV.
Does this tool translate words or invent pronunciation?
No. It formats vocabulary you already have. Add your own meanings and pronunciation from lessons, conversations, reading, or another source. Empty pronunciation fields remain empty.
Can I import this CSV into Anki?
Anki supports importing delimited text. Map the word, pronunciation, and meaning columns to your note fields, ignore unused columns, and exclude the header row when importing. This is a CSV file, not an Anki .apkg deck. Check a few imported notes before studying.
Is my vocabulary uploaded?
Formatting, preview, copying, and download run in your browser. Using Study these words puts the deck in the URL fragment to pass it to the app. Anyone you share that complete link with can read the deck; keep private vocabulary out of shared links. Analytics records tool actions without including pasted text or generated deck links.
