Flashcards for language learning, built from your own words
Flashcards work for language learning when you recall the answer before revealing it and review at growing intervals. Fulin Flashcard gives you starter decks for Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian and French, lets you add the words from your own day, and schedules the reviews for you.

- See the prompt and try to recall the meaning before you reveal it.
- Reveal the answer and rate it: Not yet, Hard, Got it or Easy.
- The rating decides when the card returns. Words you miss come back in hours; words you know are pushed out by days, then weeks.
- A small daily target keeps a session finishable instead of facing the whole backlog.

Learn the words that matter in your daily life
A starter deck is a place to begin, not the goal. The words you remember are the ones you need: from a lesson, a message, a menu, a work chat or something you read.
Paste a table of words, drop a CSV file, or paste a passage and let the app extract vocabulary cards from it. If you already use ChatGPT, the Fulin Flashcard ChatGPT app can create and study a deck without leaving the conversation.
Honest limits
This is a vocabulary tool. It does not teach grammar, and finishing flashcards is not the same as being able to speak. Pair it with real reading, listening and conversation. The Speak page lets you say a word aloud and check it with speech recognition, which is a practice aid, not a pronunciation grade.
Frequently asked questions
- Which languages does Fulin Flashcard support?
- Built-in starter decks cover Chinese (17 topic decks, 136 words), German (10 topic decks, 80 words), Spanish (10 topic decks, 80 words), Italian (10 topic decks, 80 words), French (10 topic decks, 80 words); Japanese and Vietnamese have smaller starter sets of 24 words each. Pasted vocabulary can be studied in other languages the app lists, such as Korean.
- How many flashcards should I study per day?
- The app keeps a small daily target and labels the review button with the batch size, so a large backlog does not turn into one huge session. A smaller number you finish every day beats a large number you abandon.
- Can I make flashcards from my own conversations or reading?
- Yes. Paste a table or a passage, drop a CSV file, or use the ChatGPT app to create a deck from a conversation.
- Does it replace a language course?
- No. It is for remembering vocabulary. It does not teach grammar or replace listening and speaking practice.
